This past Labor Day Weekend, my parents came in town for a visit. We drove to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to visit my uncle Brian and to explore the city. You may be thinking, "what is there to see in Wisconsin?" Well... on the way, we discovered the Mars Cheese Castle. I was in heaven! I LOVE CHEESE! This place was hilarious, so we decided to take some glamor cheese shots as proof that this establishment exists...
We bought some delicious grass-fed Gouda, herbed brie, and summer sausage.
Wisconsin Fact: Wisconsin is the #1 cheese producer in the nation withover 2.5 billion pounds produced annually.
